Located in North West UK and online, I offer mindfulness, meditation and wellbeing guidance as a qualified mindfulness teacher. My mindfulness classes and courses use a combination of MBSR (Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction) and MBCT (Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy) helping you to find happiness, peace and have a healthier mind-body. I also combine mindfulness with nature and ceremonial cacao for the ultimate well-being experience.

What is Mindfulness Meditation?

Mindfulness is the practice of awareness and living in the present moment, non-judgmentally, that creates a feeling of calm in the mind and body. Regular practice of mindfulness meditation has many benefits for your physical and mental health. You don’t need any props to practice mindfulness meditation. All you need is yourself.

I know first hand the pressure that comes with working in a profession built on precision, deadlines and constant mental demand. That experience is exactly what drew me to mindfulness, not as an escape from the world of numbers, but as a way to find stillness within it. I guide accountants and finance professionals, as well as anyone simply seeking more calm in their lives, towards a healthier, more balanced mind and body. Whether you join me in-person or online, my hope is that you leave each session feeling a little more at peace with yourself.
