Mindfulness Course

Completing a mindfulness course has the potential to have a profound beneficial impact on your mental health and physical health.

Our courses follows the Mindfulness Now programme with Heather, a qualified Mindfulness teacher, online over eight weeks. The programme uses a combination of MBSR (Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction) and MBCT (Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy) techniques.

You will learn mindfulness tools you can use in your daily life and you will learn how to establish your own regular mindfulness practice.

  • You will explore the health benefits to regularly practising mindfulness and meditation techniques

  • You will learn and practice various techniques and exercises that will develop our understanding about the nature of our thinking patterns

  • You will develop the 'attitudes' of mindfulness, that will help us to easily deal with life's ups and downs

  • You will learn how to be more 'present', encouraging us to feel more fulfilled and less caught up in worry and stress

  • You will learn how to practice mindful techniques that will help us manage physical aches and pains

You will practice various guided meditations from the MBSR and MBCT programmes.

It is suitable for beginners, the course is fully guided and course materials will be issued. All you have to do is show up!

Individual course - It can be tailored to your personal needs and you will be given personalised recordings to take away. The investment on an individual basis is £420. This includes a free pre-course 30 minute telephone consultation. Please note: Sessions are live on Zoom with Heather on a 121 basis.

Mindfulness in the workplace online course - Self paced online course designed for a corporate environment. The course includes short and simple mindfulness exercises, breathing exercises and mindful breaks. There is a focus on practical workplace application.
