In 2023/24 16.4 million working days were lost due to work-related stress, anxiety and depression*. An increase of 3.6 million since 2019!

In 2023/2024 776,000 workers suffered from work-related stress, depression or anxiety (new and long-standing).

In the recent years prior to the coronavirus pandemic, the rate of self-reported work related stress, depression or anxiety had shown signs of increasing. The current rate is higher than the 2018/19 pre-coronavirus level.

In 2023/24, stress, depression or anxiety accounted for 46% of all work related ill health and 55% of all working days lost due to work-related ill health.

What we offer

Mindfulness session with meditation

This can be a regular or one-off class. It usually lasts for 45 minutes to 1 hour and it includes mindfulness learning and guided meditation. The class can help to reduce workplace anxiety or tension, help your employees manage stress and increase personal resilience. It can be done in a meeting room/quiet space or online. No prior knowledge of mindfulness or meditation is needed.


Mindfulness Now programme for workplace resilience

This is a great option if you want to invest in your staff for the long term. It can be delivered over 4 x 2 hour sessions or 2 x 4 hour sessions. It uses a combination of MBSR (Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction) and MBCT (Mindfulness Based Cognitive therapy) techniques. Employees will learn a range of practical tools and techniques that will help them to be happier, deal with stress and be more productive every day at work.​

Mindfulness in the Workplace course

This self-paced online course introduces key mindfulness concepts and shows you how to apply them during the 9-to-5. Through engaging videos, guided meditations, breathing exercises, and downloadable handouts, you'll learn practical techniques to improve focus, boost creativity, and manage stress. Delivered with a personal touch, the course explores how mindfulness can transform not just your workday—but your team dynamics, productivity, and overall well-being. By the end, you'll have tools that extend far beyond your desk, helping you navigate work and life with greater clarity and calm. The course can be tailored to your organisational needs.
