What we offer

Mindfulness session with meditation

This can be a regular or one-off class. It usually lasts for 45 minutes to 1 hour and it includes mindfulness learning and guided meditation. The class can help to reduce workplace anxiety or tension, help your employees manage stress and increase personal resilience. It can be done in a meeting room/quiet space or online. No prior knowledge of mindfulness or meditation is needed.


Mindfulness Now programme for workplace resilience

This is a great option if you want to invest in your staff for the long term. It can be delivered over 4 x 2 hour sessions or 2 x 4 hour sessions. It uses a combination of MBSR (Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction) and MBCT (Mindfulness Based Cognitive therapy) techniques. Employees will learn a range of practical tools and techniques that will help them to be happier, deal with stress and be more productive every day at work.​.

Mindfulness through creativity

Art and mindfulness can be used in the workplace as a way to combat stress and anxiety. It can help people to focus, it inspires creativity and makes people feel more motivated. It is good for team building and communication as participants are encouraged to open up and get to know on another during a session. It promotes relaxation and a time to switch off an engage in something different. It builds confidence and because you are exercising your brain in a different way which helps with decision making.  Therefore boosting morale and resulting in higher job satisfaction and employee retention. All art materials are provided.
