Celebrating Mindfulness Day with a 45-minute practice
This 45-minute practice, recorded on our Monday evening free night-time class, brings together some of the core elements of mindfulness: grounding, breath awareness, gratitiude and loving-kindness.
Whether you’re new to mindfulness or have been practicing for a while, this session offers space to slow down, release tension, and come back to yourself. You might like to set aside some quiet time, settle into a comfortable position, grab a drink and blanket, put your phone on do not disturb and follow along at your own pace.
