Meditation for sleep - Relax and release tension

I have recorded this sleep meditation for World Sleep Day.

This day is meant to raise awareness around importance of sleeping well and the many ways it can affect our day-to-day functioning and overall health.

It is important to slow down before bed time and create some space for calm and relaxation.
