Positive Affirmations

According to the national science foundation 95% of our thoughts come from the past and 80% of those are negative. This means most of the time whatever we are thinking when we first wake up is repetitive, from the past and is negative, which isn't a good start to the day. So by using positive affirmations in the morning we can change the thoughts positive ones and influence the day in a more positive way. You will feel better about life and more in control of how you feel. We do have a choice to think negative or positive thoughts but it takes practice and this is a great way to train your brain.

I have put together this short 5 minute meditation below. You can use it in the morning or anytime of the day if you need a pick me up.
