Winter Solstice Twilight Retreat
Join me for a special Winter Solstice gathering, a heart-opening blend of cacao ceremony, mindfulness meditation, journalling and oracle cards. Together we will honour this powerful turning point of the year, a time of reflection, release and renewal.
We’ll begin by working with ceremonial cacao to deepen our meditation practice, opening space for stillness and insight. The meditations will be guided by the energy of the solstice, an invitation to reflect on the lessons of winter, honour the darkness, and welcome back the returning light. From this place of connection, we’ll set intentions and explore what we wish to consciously create in the months ahead.
The benefits for Mind, Body & Soul:
• Reduce stress and calm the mind
• Relax the body and ease tension
• Support steady, mindful breathing
• Lower heart rate and blood pressure
• Foster inner peace and emotional balance
• Awaken intuition and creativity
• Cultivate stillness and presence
This two-hour class also includes time for gentle reflection and optional group sharing at the end.
I’m Heather, a qualified mindfulness teacher with the UK College of Mindfulness Meditation, and a trained ceremonial cacao facilitator. It’s my joy to hold this safe and nurturing space for you.
Exchange: £22 (concessions available, please ask)
Booking: To book your place please us the Book Now page on the website or contact Heather on 07713753678.
I look forward to welcoming you into this beautiful circle.

This friendly class is suitable for those who are new to mindfulness and those who wish to deepen their practice.
It is 1 hour in duration and will include some gentle Mindfulness learning and tools you can use day to day. There will be at least 20 minutes of guided Mindfulness meditation.
Each class varies in content, so is ideal for those who want to attend a regular group for ongoing practice together.

The class is led by myself, Heather Arnold. I am a qualified mindfulness teacher with the UK college of mindfulness meditation.
I teach mainly from the Mindfulness Now programme which uses techniques from MBSR (Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction) and MBCT (Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy). I also incorporate some buddhist meditation and my own experiences. Mindfulness can be used to manage the challenges of everyday life, such as stress, anxiety or anger, and to learn to develop both calm and inner peace.
In addition to the group meditation session, there are regular opportunities for a one to one discussion regarding the development of your individual meditation practice.
The class start time is 6.30pm but please arrive early to get settled.
Chairs to sit on are provided but you may wish to bring a mat, cushion, blanket and drink.
I look forward to welcoming you to the group.
